The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership across cross-functional initiatives. This fast-paced role requires flexibility, proactivity, and the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

You will manage executive calendars, coordinate travel, prepare presentations, and handle confidential information with discretion, enabling efficient decision-making and streamlined operations across teams.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a high-level, executive support role preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • MS Office proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook; SAP and Concur experience a plus.

## Senior Executive Administrative AssistantApply: US - GA - Atlanta: Full time: Posted Today: R-147406**Job Description Summary:**We are seeking a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role you will have the ability to work cross functionally at all levels as you connect with others within the company. This is a fast-paced position that requires you to be flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. **Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:*** Responsible for scheduling and managing the executive calendars including prioritizing and resolving related conflicts, proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external individuals, and maintaining an organized office.* Leverages technology tools and digital platforms to improve administrative processes, streamline communication, and increase team efficiency.* Organizes and coordinates travel and related requirements to include travel authorizations, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, airport transfers, expense reports; ensures that all travel arrangements are compliant with the Company’s Travel Policy.* Provides support in arranging meetings, including coordinating the agenda, collaboration of presentations/information, handling logistics, such as conference registrations, room reservations (internal and external), and local travel. Also, provides hospitality for Senior Management or guests of the department which may include planning, arranging, and confirming all local logistics support.* Manages and tracks small- to medium-sized projects, including timelines, key milestones, follow-ups, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.* Prepares, edits, and formats executive-level presentations, briefing materials, and reports for senior leaders, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professional quality.* Uses Microsoft Office tools, Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms to organize information, manage documents, and support efficient workflow across the team.* Anticipates technology and meeting support needs for senior-level discussions, including presentation readiness, materials coordination, and follow-up documentation.* Performs general clerical duties; collects and opens mail; completes various forms, including purchase requisitions, shipping requests, travel expense reports, requests for payment, and consultancy agreements.**Education Requirements:** * High School and some college preferred, with a focus in Business, Communications or a similar field.**Related Work Experience:** * 5-7 years of experience in a high-level, executive support role preferred.**Functional Skills:** * Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.* Working knowledge of SAP and Concur travel system* Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills are needed.* Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines are needed.* Experience scheduling travel arrangements and schedule for management.* Support experience in a professional services, sales, or marketing environment.* Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes.* Must possess proven ability to be a resourceful problem-solver.* Experience in coordinating projects.The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
