Job summary

Vosper Thornycroft Group is hiring a Systems Engineer to manage and optimize Exchange and Windows infrastructure in Herndon, Virginia. The successful candidate will administer both on-premises and Microsoft 365 hybrid environments, support migrations, and resolve complex operational issues. Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and at least 11 years of experience in MS Exchange engineering. A Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 11 years of experience in MS Exchange engineering and Windows infrastructure.
• Must have a Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience managing Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Exchange environments in both on-premises and M365 hybrid architectures.
• Support migration of Exchange Server environments to Exchange Online.
• Diagnose and resolve Exchange and Windows Server performance issues.
