Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance or related field is required.
• CPCU is preferred and recognized in the industry.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new business, renewals, and mid-term endorsements within authority.
• Price and structure risks with limits and coverage triggers.
• Grow a profitable book through prudent risk selection and rate management.
• Build relationships with wholesale brokers and travel up to 25% to client sites.
