Qualifications

• 5–12+ years of EWIS, harness engineering, or electrical integration experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of technical projects.
• Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EWIS architectures and harness assembly drawings.
• Lead complex 3D harness routing and packaging trade studies.
• Plan and review EWIS verification & validation activities.
