Job summary

DCS Corp in Dahlgren, VA is seeking a Senior Engineer I to provide senior-level systems engineering support for Navy EW system design, requirements, architecture, and modeling and simulation. You will lead integration, testing, and certification activities as part of a mission-focused team.

The ideal candidate has extensive Navy/Joint warfighting experience, a strong technical leadership background, and a track record in requirements development, system architecture, and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor or higher degree in electrical engineering, engineering, systems engineering, mathematics or physical science.
• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
• 15 years of experience in engineering and systems engineering applied to Navy/Joint warfighting systems.
• 7 years of professional experience in research, development, test and evaluation.
• Experience with MBSE tools: Magic Draw/Cameo, DOORS.
• Experience in weapon systems requirements, design, integration, testing, and certification.
• Knowledge of radar systems engineering and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level systems engineering support for Navy EW system design, requirements, architecture, modeling and simulation, integration, testing, and certification.
• Lead modeling, simulation, and verification activities for system integration and testing.
• Support certification efforts and agile project activities.
• Demonstrate technical leadership across teams and projects.
