Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Electromagnetic Warfare Planner to shape how forces understand, protect, and dominate the electromagnetic spectrum across operations. You will assess the EMS environment and develop plans that balance operational needs with regulatory constraints, ensuring commanders have reliable access to critical RF resources.

Collaboration with EW units, intelligence partners, and cyber teams will be essential as you design EW tactics, prepare contingency procedures for jamming,

Qualifications

• Experience with electromagnetic warfare or spectrum operations.
• Experience assessing the electromagnetic environment for interference, congestion, or hostile EMS activity.
• Experience collaborating with EW, intelligence, or cyber units to develop EW operational plans or policy.
• Knowledge of joint operational planning processes and EW integration.
• Ability to develop contingency procedures for EMS disruptions (jamming, EMP, cyber)
• TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Shape how forces understand, protect, and dominate the electromagnetic spectrum across operations.
• Develop spectrum management plans balancing operational demands with regulatory and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with EW units and intelligence partners to integrate EW tactics and techniques.
• Prepare contingency plans for jamming events, EMP disruptions, and cyber threats targeting EMS infrastructure.
• Lead teams to solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems.
