Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior specialist to shape how forces understand, protect, and dominate the electromagnetic spectrum. You will assess the EMS environment, uncover patterns in spectrum usage, and develop spectrum management plans.

Collaboration with EW units and intelligence partners is essential to success. The role requires developing courses of action, knowledge of joint planning processes, and the ability to analyze complex EMS data sets.

Qualifications

• Experience with EW or electromagnetic spectrum operations.
• Experience assessing the electromagnetic environment.
• Experience collaborating with EW, intelligence, or cyber units.
• Experience developing courses of action employing unconventional or asymmetric approaches.
• Knowledge of joint operational planning processes.
• Ability to analyze complex EMS data sets.
• Ability to develop contingency procedures for EMS disruptions.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Graduate degree or extensive Joint Service planning experience preferred.
