Qualifications

  • Experience with EW or electromagnetic spectrum operations.
  • Experience assessing the electromagnetic environment.
  • Experience collaborating with EW, intelligence, or cyber units.
  • Experience developing courses of action employing unconventional or asymmetric approaches.
  • Knowledge of joint operational planning processes.
  • Ability to analyze complex EMS data sets.
  • Ability to develop contingency procedures for EMS disruptions.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Graduate degree or extensive Joint Service planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Shape how forces understand, protect, and dominate the electromagnetic spectrum.
  • Assess the electromagnetic environment to uncover patterns in spectrum usage.
