Job summary

Odyssey seeks a Senior Electronic Warfare Instrumentation Test Engineer (SE‑4) to support developmental and operational testing of airborne instrumentation systems on 4th/5th generation aircraft at Eglin AFB, FL. The role requires leadership in test planning, execution, and reporting for advanced EW programs.

The position is full‑time and onsite with about 25% CONUS/OCONUS travel. Candidates must be a US citizen and hold active security clearances or the ability to obtain them.

Qualifications

• Master of Science degree required or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant technical experience
• Experience in engineering, R&D, and/or flight test of EW devices

Responsibilities

• Perform test engineering duties supporting instrumentation testing on 4th/5th‑gen fighter aircraft
• Develop system requirements, functional capabilities, and test criteria
• Prepare and analyze test plans, procedures, and reports
• Coordinate schedules and travel for test execution at multiple locations
• Lead technical efforts and support mission‑critical testing
