Job summary

Schrödinger is seeking a Senior Event Specialist to coordinate end-to-end logistics for conferences and webinars. You will manage booth setups, shipping, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.

Your role includes tracking deadlines, maintaining materials, collaborating with staff and speakers, and supporting post-event ROI analysis. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in field marketing are preferred, with 15–25% travel, based in the United States, with New York as a major hub.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in field marketing; experience in a scientific software environment preferred.
• Willingness to travel 15–25%.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Interest in event technology platforms (Bizzabo, Zoom, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics of Schrödinger's conference participation, including booth management and on-site execution.
• Manage event storage and inventory; label, track, and maintain materials between events.
• Coordinate staff and speaker logistics, registrations, booth assignments, and lead capture tools.
• Track deadlines, document, and communicate timelines to internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with event organizers, contractors, and exhibit vendors for seamless setup and execution.
• Support lead capture, post-event reporting to evaluate ROI.
• Assist in planning Schrödinger's webinars by supporting scheduling, speaker coordination, dry runs, and live event management.
• Prepare run-of-show documents and ensure timely completion of post-event tasks.

Senior Event Specialist

Schrödinger seeks a Senior Event Specialist to join us in our mission to transform the discovery of therapeutics and materials.

Schrödinger has pioneered a physics-based software platform that enables discovery of high-quality, novel molecules for drug development and materials applications more rapidly and at lower cost compared to traditional methods. The software platform is used by biopharmaceutical and industrial companies, academic institutions, and government laboratories around the world. Our multidisciplinary drug discovery team also leverages the software platform to advance collaborative programs and its own pipeline of novel therapeutics to address unmet medical needs.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics of Schrödinger's conference participation, including booth management, shipping logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution

What you should have:

Estimated base salary range: $70,000 - $90,000. Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors, including, for example, experience, education, degrees held, market data, and business needs.
