Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, process management, project delivery, or any combination of the three.
• 4+ years of experience in event management, logistics, project management, or any combination of the three.
• 2+ years of experience managing third-party partner relationships and budget forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle planning, intent design, logistics, site selection, venue management, and execution of CFI&I's strategic events, summit convenings, and executive roundtables.
• Oversee detailed event budgets, cost forecasting, vendor contract negotiations (AV, catering, venues, production agencies), and procurement processes to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.
• Oversee live on-site execution and partnership with vendors.
• Shape and influence event intent and strategy by translating complex enterprise and local team goals into actionable, premium event concepts.
