POP MART is seeking a Senior Events Manager in Culver City, CA to build and lead the U.S. Events function during rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading retail events, experiential marketing, brand activations, or large-scale event operations.
• Willingness to travel domestically as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of retail grand openings, experiential activations, pop-up events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee project timelines, production schedules, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution.
• Manage external agencies, production companies, creative partners, contractors, and event vendors.
• Ensure every event delivers exceptional customer experience while reinforcing the POP MART brand.
