We are seeking an experienced events professional to lead Skillsoft's global Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) and executive forums. In this role, you will set the strategy for how we engage senior leaders across regions, develop agendas and discussion topics, and partner with field marketing managers to deliver programs that run smoothly and drive measurable impact. Success requires deep CAB expertise, the ability to collaborate across teams and executives, and the confidence to operate effectively with C-level audiences.

What You'll Do
  • Own the strategy and execution of Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), managing all facets from agenda design to participant engagement and event delivery
  • Develop a global executive forum strategy—mapping people, topics, and regions to drive consistency and impact across Skillsoft's most senior programs
  • Partner with field marketing managers and cross-functional teams to deliver flawless execution of events aligned to regional priorities
  • Collaborate with senior executives, product leaders, and marketing teams to craft content, discussion topics, and experiences that resonate with C-suite audiences
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for executives and stakeholders throughout the planning process, ensuring alignment and preparation
  • Capture insights and measure program outcomes to demonstrate impact and continuously refine future events
Who You Are
  • 10+ years of experience planning and delivering executive-level events; direct CAB experience is required
  • Proven track record designing programs that deepen executive relationships and deliver measurable business impact
  • Strong executive presence with confidence and polish in engaging directly with C-level stakeholders
  • Skilled at balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and project manager with the ability to influence across teams
  • Curious, adaptable, and energized by building programs that stand out and make a difference

Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be approximately $130,000 - $160,000 annualized.
