Job summary

The American Cancer Society seeks a fundraising leader to plan and execute a $400,000+ event portfolio, driving revenue through donor, sponsor, and volunteer engagement while delivering high-quality event experiences. You will actively manage relationships, move constituents through the donor pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align events with organizational goals.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in fundraising; travel is involved, with possible evening

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of fundraising and relationship development experience.
Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of event fundraising activities, including logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and experience delivery.
Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, participation, and donor pipeline within the portfolio.
Align event participants and partners to broader organizational engagement opportunities to deepen long-term impact.
Monitor performance against goals, adjusting strategies to optimize revenue and ROI.
Coordinate cross-functional partners to ensure successful event delivery and brand alignment.
