Job summary

The American Cancer Society is seeking an experienced fundraiser to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of a $400,000+ event fundraising portfolio in Pennsylvania. This role drives revenue through donors, sponsors, and volunteers while building long-term engagement and impact.

Qualifications

Minimum degree: Bachelor’s Degree.
2 years of fundraising and relationship development.
Ability to drive revenue through donor and volunteer engagement.

Travel varies depending on portfolio assignment.
Experience in community and constituent engagement.
Analytical skills to monitor performance and adjust strategies.

Responsibilities

Builds and manages relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners to achieve revenue goals.
Leads planning and execution of event fundraising activities including logistics and budgets.
Develops and executes strategies to grow revenue, participation, and donor pipeline.
Aligns event participants and partners to broader organizational engagement opportunities.
Monitors performance against goals and adjusts strategies to optimize ROI.
Coordinates cross-functional partners to ensure successful event delivery and brand alignment.
