Job summary

The American Cancer Society is seeking a fundraising professional to lead strategy, planning, and execution of a $400,000+ event portfolio in the Harrisburg, Lancaster, and Philadelphia, PA area. You will cultivate donors, sponsors, and volunteers, driving revenue and long-term engagement through a multi-faceted portfolio.

The role requires building relationships, managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact events and experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years successful fundraising and relationship development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and manages relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners to achieve revenue goals and grow engagement.
• Leads planning and execution of event fundraising activities, including logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and experience delivery.
• Develops and executes strategies to grow revenue, participation, and donor pipeline within assigned portfolio.
• Aligns participants and partners to broader engagement opportunities to deepen long-term impact.
• Monitors performance against goals and adjusts strategies to optimize revenue and ROI.
• Coordinates cross-functional partners to ensure successful event delivery and brand alignment.
