Qualifications

• Seven years of progressively responsible experience in event production or a related role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and production leadership for high-visibility university events, donors, and ceremonial programs.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, vendor deliverables, and staffing for complex events.
• Develop run-of-show materials, cue sheets, and post-event documentation for accountability.
