Goldman Sachs in Jersey City is seeking a Senior Analyst for Event Management within Corporate and Workplace Solutions. You will partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute an event marketing strategy, overseeing conferences and ensuring commercial excellence and risk management.

Reporting to the Americas Head of Event Management, you will manage event strategy, budgeting, vendor research, content guidance, and post-event evaluation while protecting the firm’s reputation and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an event specialist in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with conferences and event management including budgeting, A/V, stage production, registration and speakers.
• Strong stakeholder management, time management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global team to manage annual business strategy, event management and budget oversight.
• Plan select events from budgeting to venue/vendor research, logistics and execution.
• Own and maintain relationships with senior executives and internal stakeholders.
• Develop brand and messaging strategy aligned with the firm’s positioning.
• Provide guidance to event hosts on content, speakers and presentation ideas.
• Ensure post-event evaluation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
