Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of event or venue security experience.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in security or related field; BSIS Guard Card.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee event security operations.
• Manage security staffing, training, scheduling, and performance.
• Coordinate with organizers, promoters, and touring personnel.
• Ensure checkpoints, screenings, and credentialing procedures.
• Lead incident reporting and post-event debriefs.
• Collaborate with Guest Services, Operations, and Risk Management.
