Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior Event Producer with exceptional production chops, operational instincts, and a creative eye. You’ll lead the planning, coordination, strategy and execution of high-impact experiential events, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every detail is meticulously planned, elevated, and flawlessly executed. Your expertise in event production will be key to delivering experiences that exceed client expectations and resonate with target audiences.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing structure to big ideas, knows how to staff and scale events of varying complexity, and loves uncovering that perfect venue, contractor, or production workaround. You should be solution-oriented, cool under pressure, and always two steps ahead. You will support client communication in a clear, professional way - especially on logistics and production - alongside the account team leading overall strategy and client ownership. You’ll also oversee and mentor junior producers, providing clear direction, setting priorities across projects, and ensuring the team’s work moves forward efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
Production & Logistics
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events and activations - from pre-production through tear-down
- Own all logistics: timelines, run-of-show, call sheets, vendor matrices, staffing plans, production expendables needed, etc.
- Research, secure, and negotiate with venues - bringing fresh ideas and culturally relevant locations to the table
- Source, manage, and communicate with most non-scenic and non-print event vendors (venues, caterers, A/V, customization, decor, permits, security, cleaning, etc.)
- Apply a strong understanding of industry pricing and production costs to negotiate favorable vendor terms and identify value-engineering opportunities that protect the creative vision and guest experience
- Build staffing plans for on-site teams; handle scheduling, travel, accommodations, and credentials, as applicable
- Anticipate production challenges and proactively solve for them
Project Ownership
- Create and manage all production docs: timelines, trackers, load-ins, production schedules, show flows, etc.
- Own production budgets in collaboration with Accounts; flag changes, anticipate overruns, and keep vendors aligned
- Support invoicing and reconciliation workflows post-event
- Oversee junior producers across projects, setting clear priorities, delegating responsibilities, and balancing workloads
- Review work and track progress to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and production standards are met
- Provide hands‑on guidance and feedback, helping junior producers build judgment, solve problems, and take greater ownership
- Proactively identify resource needs or competing demands and align priorities with Account leads
Client & Internal Collaboration
- Communicate with clients clearly and efficiently on logistics, deliverables, and production timing
- Work closely with Account leads to ensure scope and budget are aligned to production realities
- Collaborate with creative to problem-solve feasibility and production solutions
- Lead all on‑site execution, managing crews, vendors, and timelines with precision
Post-Event
- Conduct post-mortems and internal recaps to refine future production processes
- Assist in closing out final budgets and collecting outstanding invoices, submit payment requests and supporting documentation, track security deposit refunds, and resolve outstanding vendor issues or feedback
- Support creation of recap decks and post-event documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
- ·6-8+ years of experience producing high-quality brand events and experiential activations, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects
- · Deep understanding of experiential production and logistics - from permits and power to fabrication, A/V, staffing, and run-of-show
- · Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring junior producers, setting priorities, delegating responsibilities, balancing workloads, and holding team members accountable across multiple projects
- · Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- · Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify gaps, and move work forward independently - bringing recommendations, making informed assumptions, and escalating appropriately
- · Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through, catching discrepancies, verifying information, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks from planning through final reconciliation
- · Strong strategic judgment, evaluating production approaches against the brief, budget, creative vision, and guest experience to recommend the best solution and challenge familiar approaches when better options exist
- · Strong knowledge of event production costs and industry pricing, with demonstrated negotiation and value‑engineering experience
- · Experience managing multiple vendors, tight timelines, and shifting deliverables while maintaining quality and accountability
- · Creative sensibility and familiarity with fabrication, build methods, and branded materials, with the ability to translate creative ideas into practical production solutions
- · A well‑informed perspective on brands, culture, venues, hospitality, and emerging event experiences, translating that knowledge into fresh, relevant recommendations

- · Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and willing to roll up your sleeves, contributing to a positive and respectful working environment
- · Familiarity with venue landscapes and permitting processes in major U.S. event markets, including NYC, Los Angeles, Miami, and Chicago, is a strong plus
- · Experience contributing to new business proposals, production strategies, and pitches is a plus
- · Proficiency in Google Workspace
- · Willingness to travel and work extended hours and weekends as required during live events
