You will manage client relationships from initial outreach through successful execution, collaborating with culinary, operations, and venue teams to deliver high-value events.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in event planning, catering sales, hospitality sales, or related fields, with a strong portfolio of clients and a readiness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in event planning, catering sales, hospitality sales, or related field.
• Established Twin Cities network and book of business.
• Proven track record in generating event revenue.
• Ability to work with executives and high-profile clients.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your Twin Cities network to generate new event opportunities.
• Develop relationships with corporate, nonprofit, wedding, and private-event clients.
• Identify and pursue strategic new business opportunities.
• Lead strategic sales calls, tastings, and client meetings.
• Develop proposals balancing exceptional experiences with profitability.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients throughout planning.
• Coordinate venue selection, floorplans, timelines, and logistics.
• Attend key events to support clients and strengthen relationships.
