SHRM is seeking a Specialist, Event Engagement to plan, coordinate, and execute attendee experiences across executive gatherings to large conferences up to 26,000 attendees.

You will work across branding, production, and partnerships, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver cohesive event experiences onsite and remotely. This hybrid role supports a busy calendar with strong emphasis on attendee journey and program quality.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Public Relations or related field preferred or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Three (3) or more years of related experience in a similar work environment and role, preferably with a PR/marketing/event agency or in-house for medium to large brand(s).

Mansioni

• Own the event branding plan and ensure visual consistency across assets.
• Support Main Stage production run-of-show, scripts, and graphics.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver onsite experiences.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for assigned events.
