Nielsen in New York seeks an experienced Manager, Convening to run Nielsen's always-on engagement calendar, delivering monthly and yearly moments for clients. You will own event concepts, venues, guest experiences, and on-site execution across sports, cultural moments, and lab tours, partnering with senior leaders to maintain a high standard.

You will manage invites, budgets, post-event reporting, and playbooks to ensure efficient, repeatable success and meaningful client engagement year-round.

Competenze

• 7+ years in event management, client hospitality or experiential marketing.
• Proven track record delivering a recurring calendar of events.
• Strong New York venue, catering and production vendor network.

Mansioni

• Plan and deliver Nielsen's recurring events calendar in New York.
• Own venue selection, hospitality standards, guest experience and on-site delivery.
• Manage guest lists, invitations, RSVP tracking and post-event reporting.
• Source and manage venues, caterers, AV and production vendors.
• Lead on-site delivery, run of show, staffing and client hosting.
• Produce post-event reporting and develop repeatable playbooks.
• Monitor budget and drive efficiencies across formats.
