Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of applied research or closely related field.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater Salt Lake area.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate evaluation standards across methods, partnerships, and faith-based scholarship.
• Allocate staff and prioritize projects per organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with study leads, manage timelines, and track tasks.
• Ensure evaluations align with First Presidency direction and project objectives.
• Review plans, instruments, analyses, and reporting, offering constructive feedback.
• Facilitate vendor management.
• Maintain alignment with CRD leadership on vision and standards.
• Develop researchers through mentoring and growth plans.
• Build trust and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Address staffing changes and recruitment with leadership.
