Energetiq Technology, based in Wilmington, MA, is seeking an EUV Manufacturing Engineer to drive operational excellence for the EQ-10 line. You will ensure manufacturability, support transfers, perform FAT, and manage change control across product lines.

The EUV Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting all manufacturing activities associated with the EQ-10 product line. This role focuses on ensuring complete and accurate design documentation and evaluating new designs for manufacturability to enable efficient, high-quality production, and identifying assembly/process improvements to reduce production costs, increase throughput, and enhance safety.
Responsibilities include supporting the transfer of new products into manufacturing, participating in builds and factory acceptance testing (FAT), and managing change control across product lines, including communication through both internal and external channels.
The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, develop failure analysis and corrective action reports, and create clear troubleshooting guides. Additionally, the role maintains calibration and preventive maintenance schedules for factory equipment and facilities to ensure consistent manufacturing readiness and reliability.
The role requires comfort with basic hand and power tools, the ability to sit, stand, and walk regularly, and work in cleanroom environments including gowning up in cleanroom attire. Employees must be able to examine assemblies using microscopes and occasionally lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
The compensation salary range for this role is $125,000 to $146,500. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
