Job summary

Hallmark Global Solutions Ltd seeks a Senior Architect to own the strategy, design, and enterprise-wide implementation of Omnissa Intelligence as the analytics backbone of its digital workspace platform. You will lead architecture across Workspace ONE UEM, Horizon, Omnissa Access, and third-party security ecosystems, turning telemetry into a governed intelligence layer.

You will set architectural standards, drive complex integrations, and guide engineering, security, and helpdesk teams on data

Qualifications

8+ years in EUC/infrastructure roles with at least 3+ years architect-level.
Hands-on experience with Omnissa Intelligence or Workspace ONE Intelligence in large-scale prod env.
Deep knowledge of Workspace ONE UEM and Horizon architectures.
Experience designing low-code/no-code automation workflows.
Ability to correlate multi-source telemetry for root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Omnissa Intelligence architecture across UEM, Horizon, and Access.
Define reference telemetry architecture for multi-tenant deployments.
Establish governance for dashboards, KPIs, and data retention.
Architectlow-code automation workflows to drive proactive remediation.
Lead integration with Trust Network partners and ITSM connectors.
Oversee embedding of AI assistant into analytics workflows.
Mentor teams on interpreting dashboards and automated insights.
