Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of working knowledge of Windows' Active Directory, Networking, Batch Scheduling, ETL, and FTP.
• 1-3+ years of experience in application production support (L1-L3), incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, logging frameworks, and IT operations processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
