• 10+ years of experience in ETL development, data warehousing, and production support.
• Experience with globally distributed teams and offshore delivery models.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data quality, governance, and audit/compliance activities.
• Knowledge of end-to-end data processing and data distribution frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Provide L3 support for critical production ETL applications and data pipelines.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within SLA commitments.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data integration solutions.
• Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed technical designs.
• Collaborate with Information Architecture, Business Analysts, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive BAU enhancements, defect remediation, and production support activities.
• Mentor junior developers and offshore teams.
• Support audit, compliance, data quality, and governance initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Coordinate with L1/L2 support, QA, infrastructure, and upstream/downstream partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and reliability.
• Code solutions and unit test to meet acceptance criteria and compliance.
