Job summary

Morph Enterprise is seeking an ETL data engineer to support data operations for its Cloud Data Exchange in Washington, DC. The role focuses on ETL, data loading, and transformation using Azure tools across enterprise data systems.

The candidate will work with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks, ensuring data governance and secure data handling while building end-to-end data pipelines and reports for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and end-to-end pipelines.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and SQL-based data loading.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, replicates, and supports complex enterprise data projects.
• Interacts with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Develops and optimizes end‑to‑end ETL pipelines across on‑premise and cloud systems.
• Establishes cloud and on‑premise connectivity across ADLS, ADF, Synapse, Databricks.
• Automates, monitors, and manages data pipelines and workflows.
• Ensures data governance, security, and reliability across systems.
• Develops complex queries and reports using SQL and BI tools.
• Familiar with data formats including CSV, XML, Parquet, AVRO.
