Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA invites an ETL Developer to join our in-office team with a hybrid schedule after an initial 90-day period. The role focuses on building and supporting data load processes via SSIS, refining the data warehouse schema, and performing detailed data analysis to ensure data quality across environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SQL Server experience, ETL expertise, and strong T-SQL skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 R2/2012/2014 or equivalent
• Knowledge of ETL processing; SSIS technology preferred
• Hands-on ETL data integration, enrichment, consolidation and aggregation
• High-level development skills with complex T-SQL
• Experience with Data Warehousing methodology and best practices, Kimball preferred
• Familiarity with MS Office products and related MS tools
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents

Responsibilities

• Create and support data load processes via SSIS and database refreshes
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written forms
• Develop and manage schema data model through all data warehouse environments
• Perform detailed data analysis of source systems and samples
• Design and develop ETL programs to extract data and load to the Data Warehouse using SSIS
• Create technical design documentation for data models and ETL specifications
• Maintain data configuration mappings, standards, and processes
• Maintain data source mappings and data movement for data quality
• Ensure requirements are met or exceeded
• Complete required training and maintain regular attendance
• Other duties as assigned
