Job Description - Senior ETL DataStage Developer

Location : Remote (Tempe, AZ preferred)

Duration : 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and optimize ETL processes using IBM DataStage .
• Design and implement data warehousing solutions based on business requirements.
• Analyze data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work closely with data architects and BI teams to ensure smooth data integration .
• Optimize performance of ETL processes and data warehouse operations.
• Document ETL processes, data mappings, and warehouse architecture.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills :

• IBM DataStage (ETL Development)
• Data Warehousing & Data Modeling

Good-to-Have Skills :

• Experience with Big Data technologies ( Hadoop, Spark )
• Knowledge of data quality and governance best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• IBM DataStage certification
• Banking domain experience (preferred but not mandatory)
