Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an ETL Data Conversion Analyst in Chicago, IL. This role focuses on designing and optimizing ETL pipelines using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), performing large-scale data migrations, and ensuring data quality.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SQL Server and data architecture, alongside skills in Microsoft .NET technologies. The position is on a W-2, 1099, or C2C and offers a competitive hourly rate depending on experience.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience implementing SQL Server high availability and disaster recovery solutions (Always On Availability Groups, Database Mirroring, Log Shipping).

4+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience That Would Be Great To Have

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or Azure Data Engineer Associate.

Experience with cloud database platforms and migration tools (Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, AWS RDS).

Familiarity with T-SQL unit testing frameworks (e.g., tSQLt) and automated database CI/CD using Git/Azure DevOps.

Experience with BI tooling and reporting (SSRS, Power BI) and data governance practices.

Proven track record in stakeholder management and presenting technical designs to enterprise and client audiences.
