Job summary

Inherent Technologies is seeking an ETL Data Engineer in Troy, MI, with hybrid work arrangements. The role focuses on design, development, and execution of ELT/ETL processes, data integration, and analytics across the enterprise.

The candidate will mentor team members and collaborate with business domain experts. Required are 10+ years of ETL/ELT development experience, strong SQL, Python scripting, and hands-on work with DataStage, Informatica, and Snowflake in a banking/financial services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field (or foreign equivalent).
10 years of development experience required or preferred.
10+ years designing, developing, testing, and implementing ELT/ETL solutions.
Proven experience with DataStage and Informatica in data integration.
Experience with Snowflake and Oracle platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and execution of ELT/ETL processes across the enterprise.
Provide technical leadership through the data engineering lifecycle.
Build and maintain data pipelines, data stores, and data marts.
Collaborate with project teams and business domain experts.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
