• Strong public speaking ability with clear explanations of complex ethical provisions.
• Experience in administrative, civil, or criminal litigation and appellate practice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present Code of Ethics trainings and seminars to officials and staff.
• Draft advisory opinions, regulations, and legal memoranda; compile reports.
• Oversee investigations, prosecute complaints, and prepare pleadings and briefs.
