Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an Infrastructure Specialists Solutions Architect to lead conception, development, and execution of groundbreaking data center networks within the Plan, Design, & Implement framework. You will work with customers across web2.0, cloud, HPC AI, and enterprise datacenter domains to deliver strategic networking solutions.

The role requires hands-on design, lab validation, and travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, and data center architecture.
• 5+ years crafting and building network fabrics for scalable data center compute clusters (CLOS, spine-leaf).
• Expert level in BGP, VxLAN, EVPN with strong Ethernet/TCP/IP experience (10+ years).
• Advanced network troubleshooting with packet sniffers and analysis tools (8+ years).
• Strong Linux administration with kernel drivers and system diagnostics (6+ years).
• Experience with HPC network storage technologies and lab validation of topologies.
• 6+ years direct customer-facing experience in requirements, planning, deployment (4+ in consulting).
• Proficiency in Ansible, Salt, and Python scripting (3+ years).
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Providing Ethernet and routing expertise to design, architect, configure and test solutions.
• Work in cross-functional teams to support servers, HPC workloads, and GPU-accelerated AI apps.
• Craft and evaluate DevOps automation scripts for network operations and architectures.
• Implement network configuration and validation tasks for data centers.
• Create Methods of Procedure and deployment documents.
• Validate network architectures and configs in the lab.
• Create automation scripts and tailor them to customer needs with AI tools.
• Interact with customers to gather required information for optimal designs.
• Use software to validate and monitor network performance.
• Develop project handover documents for customers; travel to data centers for initial configuration.
