Qualifications

• 10+ years heavy civil estimating experience.
• 5+ years underground utility estimating, water/sewer/storm drain.
• Bachelor's degree in CM or Civil Eng preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wet utilities, pipelines, excavation, shoring.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for underground utility and heavy civil projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for water, sewer, storm drain, and related infra.
• Develop labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs.
• Review plans and specs, geotechnical reports, addenda, historic costs.
• Develop crew compositions, production rates, and means/methods.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor pricing; manage bid deadlines.
• Lead estimate reviews with senior management; mentor junior staff.
• Organize bid packages and supporting estimate documentation.
