Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil, mining, construction or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office, HCSS and Primavera P6.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and managing the bid process with the Estimating Manager.
• Review bid documents to develop project labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Travel to pre-bid meetings and site visits; build client and consultant relationships.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to determine costs.
• Support technical proposals, post-bid work plans, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
• Maintain historical estimates and project information for future bids.
