The Role

You'll coordinate and provide full estimates on complex heavy civil projects - drainage, excavation, concrete, and bridge work - while driving alternative delivery pursuits, and carrying real profit/loss responsibility. This is not a background role.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of heavy civil/highway estimating experience
• Top-notch estimating skills across drainage, excavation, concrete, and bridge projects
• Experience with alternative delivery models (CMAR, design-build, P3)
• HCSS Heavy Bid proficiency
• 4-year engineering degree or a combination of technical training and/or related experience
