Qualifications

• 10+ years as an Estimator for a General Contractor in the New York market.
• Expert proficiency in multiple bidding and delivery methods including CSB, PQL, and JOC.
• Deep familiarity with the NYC PASSPort system and agency-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end estimating process for high-profile projects up to $50M.
• Directly manage and deliver estimates for the firm's largest repeat-business accounts.
• Act as a key leader, balancing complex bids with mentorship of the junior estimating team.
