Responsibilities

• Review construction documents and prepare accurate quantity takeoffs for civil work.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and confirm scope.
• Prepare and submit RFIs to clarify conditions and proposed improvements.
• Develop value-engineering options to strengthen contract awards.
• Prepare bid packages, solicit subcontractor proposals, and review quotes.
