• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage estimates from conceptual to detailed cost estimates.
• Perform cost analyses including labor costs and procurement support.
• Attend pre-bid jobsite meetings and prepare project documentation.
• Lead mentor and develop junior team members and take ownership of assigned projects.
