Qualifications

• 5+ years as an Estimator, Cost Manager, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (pref. Construction/Engineering/Architecture).
• Ability to present analyzed data to clients and teams clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and client interactions across stages.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates from concept to construction documents.
• Perform market studies to relay local pricing for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Review change orders and support change management with stakeholders.
