AAA Facility Services in Anaheim, CA seeks an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to estimate and manage commercial facility maintenance, repairs, and small construction projects from scope through completion. You will develop scopes and estimates, coordinate field teams and subcontractors, track project costs and schedules, and help ensure each project is completed successfully.

Qualificações

• 3–7+ years of experience in construction estimating, facility maintenance, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of multiple trades and ability to read blueprints and construction docs.
• Experience with estimating software such as Zoho, Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Review work orders and project requirements to develop clear scopes of work.
• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial facility repairs, maintenance, tenant improvements, and small construction projects.
• Develop labor and material pricing, perform takeoffs, and obtain vendor quotes.
• Manage awarded projects from planning through completion and closeout.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment; track costs and schedules.
• Communicate project status, budgets, and changes with customers.
