AAA Facility Services in Valencia, CA is seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to estimate and manage commercial facility maintenance, repairs, and small construction projects from scope through completion. This role blends estimating, project management, problem-solving, and direct customer interaction across diverse trades.

You will develop scopes, manage field teams and subcontractors, track costs and schedules, and ensure projects meet quality and safety standards while

Competenze

• Experience estimating and managing commercial facility projects start to finish.
• Ability to develop scopes of work from plans and site conditions.
• Proven track record in cost estimating, budgeting, and client-facing proposals.

Mansioni

• Review work orders, requests, site conditions, plans, and requirements.
• Conduct site walks to evaluate conditions and develop clear scopes.
• Prepare detailed estimates for repairs, maintenance, tenant improvements, and small construction.
• Develop labor/material pricing, perform takeoffs, obtain quotes.
• Identify scope gaps, risks, and cost considerations before starting work.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and customer-facing estimates.
• Manage awarded projects from planning through completion and closeout.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and equipment.
• Develop schedules and monitor progress against timelines and budgets.
• Track job costs, productivity, and overall performance.
• Manage change orders, field issues, and documentation.
• Communicate status, schedules, budget impacts, and changes with customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with facility managers and customers.
• Ensure work meets quality, safety, and service expectations.
