Job summary

Trifecta Services Company is seeking an Estimator / Project Manager for Demolition & Environmental to lead projects from bid through closeout, collaborating with clients, Operations, field personnel and subcontractors to deliver safe, profitable work.

The role requires at least 5 years in estimating or PM within demolition or environmental remediation, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and willingness to travel across the Southeast; a driving license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in estimating, project management, or both within demolition, environmental remediation, heavy civil, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting and cost control.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using estimating and project management software such as Bluebeam or Procore.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Attend bid walks, site visits, and pre-bid meetings to gather project information.
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate estimates.
• Prepare labor, equipment, subcontractor, and material pricing.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and responses to RFPS (RFPs).
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and partners.
• Identify negotiated work opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Participate in business development activities to support company growth.
• Manage demolition and environmental remediation projects from award through closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources.
• Monitor project costs, production, profitability, and schedule performance.
• Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with Estimating, Operations, Safety, Accounting, and Executive Leadership.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure policy compliance.
