Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of estimating experience for oil/gas pipeline projects or midstream facilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates over $10M for natural gas pipeline and facility construction.
• Analyze drawings, specs and scopes to develop accurate bid proposals.
• Utilize HeavyBid and historical data to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with subs to obtain pricing and optimize costs.
• Develop and maintain estimating databases and benchmarks.
