Job summary

Integrity Kokosing Pipeline Services (IKPS) is seeking a Senior Estimator to develop accurate, detailed, and competitive cost estimates for pipeline maintenance, rehabilitation, and integrity management projects. The role requires coordinating all estimating activities, reviewing specifications, drawings, and proposals, and collaborating with project teams across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 3–5 years estimating experience for pipeline or facility projects.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid Estimating Software preferred.
• Experience with Autodesk and Workday preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HCSS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total estimating effort for bids/projects as assigned.
• Review specs/drawings and prepare bid schedules in Primavera P6.
• Lead bid reviews with operations and management.
• Issue handoff materials to Operations for project start.
• Mentor junior estimators and support staff.
