Relocation assistance is available; the role offers $110,000–$125,000 plus bonuses, with emphasis on bidding, takeoffs, value engineering, and client collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of estimating experience in large multi-family residential projects.
• Experience with HUD and OFHA estimating guidelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage subs and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project estimates and review others' estimates.
• Set up subcontractor bid lists and analyze bids and scopes.
• Perform detailed takeoffs and pricing using market data.
• Develop value engineering ideas with associated costs.
• Develop preliminary preconstruction schedules and staffing/General Condition plans.
• Prepare cost presentations and build relationships with owners, architects, and subs.
