RNInk in Columbus, OH is seeking a seasoned Estimator to lead comprehensive preconstruction estimates for large multi-family, HUD, OFHA, and senior housing projects. You will manage the estimating lifecycle, collaborate with clients, owners, architects, and subs, and ensure accurate cost data.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years of estimating experience on large residential projects, with HUD/OFHA guidelines familiarity and strong communication skills to drive subcontractor engagement and client

HUD and OFHA estimating guidelines experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

Lead end-to-end estimates for large multi-family, HUD, OFHA, and senior housing projects.
Set up qualified subcontractor bid lists and analyze bids/scopes.
Perform detailed takeoffs and pricing with current market rates.
Research materials, source alternatives, and develop value engineering ideas with costs.
Develop preliminary preconstruction schedules and staffing/General Condition needs.
Prepare presentation documents and present cost information to clients; build relationships with owners, architects, and subs.
