MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions in Seattle is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the development of accurate, well-documented estimates for complex projects. You will shape bid strategy, mentor estimators, and partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to drive profitable work.

You will serve as a trusted advisor on pricing, risk, and execution, directing estimative tasks across multiple trades and collaborating with stakeholders to win high-value bids.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction estimating.
• Strong knowledge of trade means and methods.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating process from pursuit through turnover, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Develop comprehensive, accurate estimates that reflect scope, risk, and opportunity.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, and contracts to identify gaps, clarifications, and risks.
• Mentor junior estimators and collaborate with project teams to support bid strategy.
• Present estimates and narratives to leadership and clients.
