The role requires deep knowledge of trade means and methods, experience in pursuing and pricing, and strong collaboration across departments to win bids and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction estimating.
• Proven success estimating complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction trade means and methods.
• Ability to lead pursuits and support bid strategy discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating process from pursuit through turnover with accuracy and clarity.
• Mentor junior estimators and elevate team capability.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to align estimates with strategy.
• Present estimates, assumptions, and bid strategies to stakeholders.
